A full apartment runs 3–5 months, and large commercial or hospitality projects are scoped individually — usually 4–8 months. We give you a detailed timeline before any work begins, so there are no surprises.

For residential projects we generally start from ₹8–10 lakhs for a single room or studio, and ₹25 lakhs+ for a full 2–3 BHK. Commercial and hospitality projects vary widely by size. During the consultation we'll understand your brief and give you a realistic ballpark — we'd rather be honest upfront than waste your time.

Yes. We've completed projects across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad, Goa, and Jaipur. For outstation projects we conduct the design process remotely (site surveys, 3D walkthroughs, video calls) and make scheduled site visits at key milestones. Travel and stay costs are quoted transparently.

You're involved at every approval stage — nothing moves forward without your sign-off.

Always. We produce detailed 3D renders for every room before a single item is ordered or a wall is touched. This ensures you can see exactly what you're getting — materials, lighting, furniture placement — and request changes without any cost. We don't begin execution until you're fully satisfied with the design.
